about
Weirdly atmospheric songs accompanied by rather bizarre Fell/Wharf contributions. Not the usual BF thing....

N.B. the original analogue master tapes for this release were mislaid in the 1990s by the cassette duplicating studio; the DAT safety copy has yet to be located... Therefore this digital release has been prepared from the best quality copy currently available. À propos of which, the aggressive tape destruction effects employed in track 6 ['Have A Nice Day'] are deliberate - and always have been.

Su Lyn has been a creative and unpredictable force in the music of the UK’s East Anglia region for more than 30 years, and ... more has moved from late 70s pop/rock, through 80s synth-pop (always with a unique twist) to her current experimental minimalist approach. She has collaborated extensively with various musicians, including Talvin Singh, Simon Fell and Bill Nelson.
